Making a Purchase Buying one of our great men's products couldn’t be easier! Just browse our store from the ‘Products’ button on the menu on the left of the screen on each page. Remember you can see more information about each product by clicking on ‘product name’. When you want to buy a product click on the ‘Add to basket’ button and you will be taken to the shopping cart to view your purchases. Just add all of the products you want to buy before proceeding to the checkout to make your payment. You can easily remove items from your shopping cart by checking the ‘remove’ box. We will always acknowledge your order and notify you as soon as your products have been shipped.
Returns The UK’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations require that you provide written notice of cancellation (that you wish to return the goods) within 7 working days. The goods do not have to be returned within this period for you to secure a refund. We are under obligation to make a refund within 30 dyas of cancellation, irrespective of whether the goods have been returned. However, if the goods have not been returned, we are entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting the goods from the delivery address and deduct the said charge from the refund. When returning an item please wrap securely and enclose your order number. We would appreciate it if you could indicate a reason for returning an item but this is at your discretion.
Please note that shipping costs can only be refunded if the return is an error on our part or the product is faulty.

Privacy Policy Razor Sharp Male will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of order fulfillment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We hate it when our details are passed to other parties as much as you do. All of your details are kept strictly confidential.
We will only use the information about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell or pass on your details as you are our valued customer as we know what a pain in the backside this can be!

Complaints We hope that you will not have any problems with our products or our service but realise that there may be occasions when something may not be up to the standard we expect. If you do have a problem then please contact us immediately using the Contact Us link on our homepage. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and promise to deal with your complaint quickly and fairly.
Back Orders
If the item you order is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery Delivery in the UK is by 1st Class Royal Mail. Delivery overseas is by Airmail. This applies to USA, Canada, Europe and Eire. For other destinations please contact us. |
